St Cuthberts is located, in every sense, at the heart of the community of Pateley Bridge. With a distinctive Christian ethos based on its Voluntary Controlled Church of England status, the school also fulfils the role of Pateley Bridge’s Community School. The November 2006 OFSTED report concluded that “Pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development is outstanding”.

At St Cuthberts we are proud of the breadth of opportunity and experience we offer our pupils within and beyond the National Curriculum. We aim to nurture creativity, helping children to be the best they can.
